Shorts Uploader offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans provide access to additional features including AI metadata generation, scheduling, and bulk uploads. Prices are displayed on our website at shortsuploader.ia.br and may change with notice.

3.2 Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method automatically until you cancel. Failed payments may result in suspension of Service.

4. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. If you are not satisfied, contact us at https://andrefortunato.dev.br/contato/ within 30 days of your initial purchase for a full refund. No refunds are provided for subsequent billing cycles or partial periods.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, and materials associated with Shorts Uploader are owned by Shorts Uploader by Andre Fortunato or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the software for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without written permission.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. 7. Termination
